HONEY MUSTARD CHICKEN BREAST

Honey mustard is one of my favourite flavour combination! Really nice and sweet, sticky and a bit spicy from the mustard. Completely addictive and absolutely easy to make. You can use these breasts on a sandwich, slice it up on a salad, a bed of rice or on creamy pasta or risotto. It will shine just about anywhere.

Here's what you'll need

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  1. season the breasts well with salt and pepper on all sides in an oven proof pan

  2. sautee until browned and about halfway done

  3. in the meantime, mix the honey and mustards in a bowl

  4. generously spoon on the sauce onto the chicken and toss in a preheated °350 oven for about 7 minutes or until cooked all the way through, but not dry

  5. rest the chicken on a warm plate loosely covered in foil for 3 or 4 minutes

  6. now you're done...just serve up
