I recently got really nice venison sausages and a few left over. Not enough for a full meal, so I came up with this to use them up and it worked really well. Roasting the onions and garlic made them sweet, the meat was savoury and I tossed in some dried currants to add a little tart punch. Wrapped it in little balls of dough and deep fried them. Perfect little bites for a nice snack.
