You don't have to eat it whole if you're not a fish person, but instead use it as a seasoning. Here's what you'll need

  • 6 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 whole bagette (sliced)
  • salt and pepper
