I am completely obsessed with lemon and dill lately, and I absolutely LOVE lemon potatoes you get in Greek restaurants. So I came up with this little number and it works really well. Boil the potatoes with lemons really gives them a nice tart punch without overpowering them, roasting them gave them a nice texture and I used yogurt dressing, so a bit healthy right? Oh, and the pita chips are like tasty croutons!
