You need to eat



Guacamole is as simple as it gets. Creamy and spicy with the nice sharpness of red onions. For this version, I tossed in some blue cheese and it works so well. Guacamole loves crunch, so be sure to serve it up with chips, or toasted bread...or even veggies!

Here's what you'll need

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 cloves finely mashed garlic
  • 1 small red onion (fine dice)
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese (more or less as you like)
  • 1 lime (juice and zest)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • small handful of chopped cilantro
  • salt & pepper to taste
  1. toss everything into a bowl

  2. mash roughly with a fork...keep the chunks big and rustic or mash really smooth, whatever you prefer

  3. taste and season more if needed

  4. VOILA!
