ARGENTINIAN CHIMICHURRI

This may be the best steak condiment you will ever have. I just love it (and so does everyone else). Perfect with grilled meats of any kind, eaten outside on a warm summer evening with a few beers, simple grilled potatoes and vegetables...ugh, it's barely April and I'm already daydreaming about summer. Oh well, it will be hear soon, right? Sometimes I make steak just to have chimichiri!

Here's what you'll need

  • 1 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • salt & pepper to taste
ARGENTINIAN CHIMICHIRI
  1. toss everything into a food processor

  2. blitz until until it turns into a paste

  3. or you can just roughly chop everything to keep it a bit chunkier and a bit more rustic

  4. VOILA!
