Here's what you'll need

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. in a frying pan, preheat the butter and olive oil over medium-low heat

  2. add the oats and give the pan a toss or two to fully coat the oats

  4. sautee them, constantly giving the pan a toss to avoid them burning
