I had never had a soufflé before much less had ever made one! I'd heard of horror stories of how difficult it is, could easily be ruined and not something for an amateur cook to ever attempt, but I was determined to give it a go and I was not dissappointed. It was amazingly rich and light at the same time. If you are a chocolate lover, this dish will deliver in spades and sprinkle with some flaked sea salt and it is devine! Give it a try!!
